01Are the works exactly as photographed?+
Natural wood and stone vary in grain, color, and form. Product photographs show the character of the listed work or the closest available example. We can confirm current details before purchase.
02Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. Eligible works can be shipped worldwide. Large sculpture is individually packed and quoted according to destination, scale, and insurance requirements.
03How long does dispatch take?+
Most available pieces are prepared within three to five working days. Fragile or oversized work may require additional time for custom packing.
04How should wood objects be cared for?+
Keep wood away from prolonged direct sun, heating vents, and high humidity. Dust with a soft dry cloth and avoid household polish or chemical cleaners.
05Can I request more photographs or dimensions?+
Absolutely. Contact the gallery with the work title and we will provide current photographs, dimensions, and material notes whenever available.
06Do you accept private sourcing requests?+
Yes. We can help collectors locate a material, motif, scale, or type of work that fits a particular setting.
